摘要
经过10年的不懈努力,我国逐步建立起符合WTO原则的反倾销法律制度体系,有效地遏制了外国产品向我国的倾销,为国内的相关产业提供了符合世贸组织原则的保护。文章概述了国际及国内反倾销立法的沿革及内容,分析了目前我国反倾销立法中存在的一些不足并提出了相应的建议。
An anti-dumping law system according with principles of WTO has been built gradually in our country, for ten years＇efforts,which restrains dumping of foreign products to our country effectively and provides an protection for Chinese relevant industry. The essay expounds the development and content of anti-dumping law in WTO and China,as well as analyses some defects and proposals in our anti-dumping law.
