摘要 通过对广东韶关电厂5#炉(220t/h)煤质变化前后炉内的热力计算及炉内冷态试验研究,全面分析了该炉燃烧稳定性差的原因,并提出了具体的解决措施,极大地改善了该炉的燃烧稳定性,在燃用劣质无烟煤的情况下,最低断油稳燃负荷为60%,燃烧效率提高了8%。 By way of an in boiler thermodynamic calculation before and after the change in propetry of coal fired in a NO.5 boiler (220 t/h) of Shaoguan Power Station in Guangdong Province and in boiler cold state experimental study a comprehensive analysis has been conducted of the causes of the boil er com bustion in stability and specific measures for solving such a problem are proposed, resulting in a significant improvement of the boiler combustion. When firing anthracite of inferior quality the minimum load of stable combustion can be as low as 60% of normal load and the combustion efficiency is enhanced by 8%.
