循环流动注射分析的原理及其应用研究

循环流动注射分析是日本学者近年提出的一种溶液在线循环分析新技术.本文对其基本原理、优点以及在工业检测和环境检测等方面的应用进行了介绍.从中可以看出,这种分析技术的最大特点在于可以重复使用试剂,可长时间在线监测并具有良好的重现性,目前仅局限于在线分析强酸或碱、铜离子、钙离子、氯离子及砷离子等,其研究还处在初级阶段,具有广阔的发展前景.

C-FIA analysis is the new technology of timely solution cycle analysis in Japan in recent years. The basic principle, advantage and the application in industry and analysis in environment of C-FIA is introduced in this paper. The primary character of C-FIA is re-using reagent and detecting at long time with good accuracy. But this analysis technology is used only in detection of strong acid and basic, Cu^2＋ , Ca^2＋ , Cl^- and so on at present. It is still in its early stage and there is a good prospect.
