对体育专业学生篮球裁判员培养问题的探讨

On Basketball Judge Training for P.E.Majors

针对体育专业学生篮球裁判临场裁判能力不足的现状,分析了问题产生的原因,提出体育专业篮球裁判员能力的培养途径,应加强篮球技战术理论和篮球规则、裁判技巧学习,注重理论与实践相结合,充分采用多媒体教学手段,使学生更直观的观察到临场执裁时裁判员位置移动的变化,从而达到提高学生执裁的能力.

Combined with teaching, researching and practices, this paper firstly provides detailed analyses of the possible causes of this problem, and then puts forward several feasible solutions to it： using new and innovated teaching methods; associating theories with practice; using multimedia in teaching, which enables students to observe the model judges more clearly and visually.
