摘要
运用文献资料法、数理统计法、实验法,将实验对象分为两组,实验组在普通选项课教学中进行一定时间的素质训练,对照组采用正常的教学方法,通过10周的教学后发现:虽然两组的选项课成绩没有明显差异,但两组的身体素质出现了一定的差异,实验组好于对照组,结果表明在普通教学中进行系统的素质练习是可行的.
By the method of library study, statistics and experiment, the experimental subject is divided into two groups. Experimental group takes fitness training for 10 weeks, while control group normal teaching. After lO-week teaching results reveal that two groups have no significant difference in their grades, but the fitness has significant difference between two groups. The experi mental group is better than control group. So we make the conclusion that fitness training is feasible during normal teaching, which improves the students' physical fitness.
