摘要
为提高采油工程系统科技规划的预见性,将采油工程系统分为基础理论类、软科学类、应用技术类,其中应用技术类将产生直接经济效益.将应用技术类预研项目按照增油或降成本的作用分成13类,分别建立期望收益模型,编制计算程序,对2007年度采油工程科技应用类预研项目进行优选,提高了技术发展预见准确度和前瞻性,增加了规划的科学性.
In order to enhance the foresight of oil recovery engineering, the technologies of production engineering are classified into such groups as basic theory research, soft science, and applicable group. As the applicable technologies directly bring economical result, they are classified into 13 subgroups according to their effect of oil increase or cost decrease. The respective expected revenue models are built and the relational computation programs are made, both are used in the 2007 Production Engineering Science and Technology Plan, by which the pre-studying applicable technical projects are optimally chosen to improve the insight of technical development and to increase the scientificity of the project plan.
