摘要
在分析汽车头灯电子镇流器(Electronic Ballast,简称EB)结构的基础上,重点详述了前端反激电路中变压器的设计流程。该流程关系到整个镇流器的效率、灯光亮度以及EMI问题。最后制作了35W的车用氙气灯电子镇流器样机,并且进行了试验测量。结果证明了按照总结的设计流程设计,很容易实现高效率的车用电子设备。
This paper presents a comprehensive design cycle on flyback transformer based on analysis of electronic ballast which is used for automotive lamp.The transformer is the most important factor which determined the performance such as the efficiency,illuminating power,EMI.Experimental results measured from a prototype of 35W Xenon-lamp electronic ballast verifies the proposed design principle is effective and simpl.
