摘要 分析了交流传动中电压源逆变器(VSI)直流母线浪涌电压的产生机制,提出了一种新式基于软件的抑制策略,即通过对电机转矩电流变化率的限制,从而有效抑制了直流母线的浪涌电压。实验结果表明,该软件策略可以起到明显的效果。该方法对要求电机进行频繁启动、停止及反转等操作工况下抑制直流母线浪涌电压有非常实用的意义。 DC bus bar surge voltage model in AC drives fed by voltage source inverter (VSI) is analyzed and a new software strategy using rate limiter for torque command to reduce the surge voltage of DC bus bar is proposed.The experimental results show that a remarkable reduction of surge voltage is acbieved.The proposed software strategy is special useful to the AC drives with the frequently operation of start, stop and reversal.
