一种增强型全桥移相变换器

摘要 提出了一种增强型全桥移相(Full Bridge Phase-shift,简称FBP)软开关变换器。通过在谐振电感的一端增加辅助二极管和并联辅助电容的方法,实现了滞后桥臂开关管的完全零电压开通,同时抑制了输出整流管的尖峰电压和振荡。分析了所提出的电路的工作状态和工作时序。实验结果表明提出的方法是可行的。 A novel strengthening full bridge phase-shift soft-switch converter is proposed.By adding the accessorial diodes and capacitances from one side of the resonant inductor,the full ZVS of lag bridge can be realized,also the inrush voltage and surge on the diodes in the secondary side can be restrained.The working states and the key waveforms are analysed.The experiment results show that the proposed convert is practical.
