摘要
针对一台110kW变频器,在夏日满负荷运行情况下,频频过热报警甚至跳闸的问题,提出了一种风冷与蒸发冷却相结合的新型冷却方式。通过3个月的现场运行,该冷却方式降低了变频器对环境温度及工作场合的要求,同时保证功率器件的基板工作温度在50℃左右,远远优于风冷方式。该冷却方式的应用将为变频器的冷却提供很好的参考价值。
Aiming at a 110kW inverter,which often alarm because of super-heating and cut off the circuit under fullload status in summer,a newstyle cooling way is presented,which adopts with wind cooling and evaporative cooling coalescent.Through three months running on spot,this cooling way takes from the request to the surroundings and works occasion.And the temperature of base surface can be controlled about 50℃.Cooling efficiency is more excelled than other cooling technology.It is valuable for application and popularization to the inverter.
