This article summarizes the sources of competitive advantage of hedge funds under the recently development of the industry. After analysis the flaw of international regulation system, this article points out that we should effective and reasonable regulatory system from three aspects, improve the governance structure of hedge funds, intensify information disclosure and carry out the risk - based regulatory measures.
