摘要
从无边界职业生涯产生的背景观察,组织结构变革产生了新的员工雇佣问题。通过无边界职业生涯的概念并与传统职业生涯成功标准的比较,和对知识创造及心理感受两种职业生涯成功内涵的分析,无边界职业生涯的组织和个人管理策略问题得到解决。
Viewing from the appearence of boundaryless career, the author considers that the change of organization structure led to the new employment problem. The author explores the concept of boundaryless career and compares its success criterion with that of tradltonal career. At the end she brings forward the organizatonal and personal management tactics.
