Research on the Sytncretizing Tendency of Patent and Technical Standard

当技术创新跃升为经济增长的关键因素之时,专利做为知识、技能的产权保护方式倍受关注。技术标准成为专利技术追求的最高形式和技术扩散的手段,与专利呈融合发展之势。通过定量与定性相结合的方法分析这种趋势及产生的内在原因,可明确适应技术标准与专利融合发展的应对之策,以助我国为实现自主创新而作出正确战略选择。

When technological innovation has become the key factors of the economic growth, patent has been paid attention as the way of property right protection about knowledge and technology, and meanwhile the technical standard becomes the highest form and technical diffusion of the method which the patent is pursuing. The syncretizing tendency of patent and technical standard has been irresistible in recent years. This thesis analyzed this tendency and reasons by the method of the quantitative and qualitative analysis, and proposed the suggestion so as to offering some references for realizing the independent innovation strategy in our country.
