摘要
建设和谐企业是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。和谐企业是通过和谐管理来实现的,和谐管理的过程就是建设和谐企业的过程。当前企业内部存在着多种不和谐因素,应从管理关系和谐、人才管理和谐和分配管理和谐三个方面,建设和谐企业;并努力减少企业不和谐因素,使企业的发展建立在协调稳定和谐的基础上。
It is known that constructing a harmonious enterprise is one of the most important components of building a harmonious society, The harmony of an enterprise is achieved via harmonious management, which in turn is a process of constructing a harmonious enterprise. With a number of unharmonious factors present in the enterprises, this articlediscusses the problems to be solved in the process of building a harmonious enterprise as well as corresponding solutions in terms of the harmonies of management relationship, talent management, and distribution management. The arguments intend to have ample attention paid to reducing unharmonious factors in enterprises and consequently have the enterprises developed on the basis of stability and harmony.
