摘要
商品性精神产品如影视作品、音乐、文学、书籍等在产业化的生产过程中,受信息不对称、生产的垄断性和非标准化、精神产品效用、成本和价值衡量标准、外部力量等多种因素的影响,生产商往往采取欺诈的手段生产和推销其产品。这一问题可从经济学的角度进行分析,探寻其隐藏于背后的经济原因,以供决策者及时采取有效措施。
Commodity cultural products such as television programs, music, literature and books in the industrialization of the production process, by asymmetric information, the monopoly of production and non - standardized, and cultural products effectiveness,cost and value standards, external forces such as the role of a variety of factors,the manufacturer can take the fraudulent means of production and marketing of their products. This paper explained the issue from an economic perspecnve, a number of insightful comments to make up for the lack of theoretical research and hopes to be able to provide somer eference for policy - makers to solve this problem,
