大学生形势与政策教育现状分析及对策研究

Anasysis on the Problem Existed in Situation and Policy Education

形势与政策教育是思想政治教育的重要组成部分。目前大学生形势与政策教育在整体推进的过程中存在教育价值认识模糊、教育对象把握不准、师资队伍参差不齐、教学手段单一落后、质量监控松散缺位、价值导向抽象功利等问题。形势与政策教育理论研究薄弱、具体内容和实现途径泛化、师资队伍建设不力是问题产生的根源。加强和改进形势与政策教育应该着力落实教学管理制度,加强师资队伍建设,深入开展理论研究工作。

The education of situation and Policy is an important part of idea logical and political education. At present, situation and Policy education has a lot of problems that include intangibly understanding about education value, inaccurately grasping about education object, differing from different teachers, singleness and getting behind of means of teaching and lacking of quality supervision material gaining. The reasons of the problem are weakness of theory research in situation and Policy education, unspecificness of the idiographic content and achieving way, badness of teachers. In order to strengthen and improve situation and Policy education, we should perfect teaching management system, improve the level of teachers and develop theory research.
