On Chinese Marriage Changes Under the Effect of Two Cultural Thoughts in Modern Times

鸦片战争后,各种外来思想文化冲击着中国传统婚姻。西方资产阶级自由主义精神,启蒙了中国婚姻主体的自我意识,对近代都市读书人的婚姻变革产生了深远的影响,婚姻权的下移是其最大的成果;马克思主义阶级斗争框架下的妇女理伦,解放了传统社会等级和婚姻关系中的妇女,对革命政权区域内乡村群众的婚姻变革产生了巨大影响。

Chinese Traditional Marriage changed with the changes of Chinese sociotu after apium war. on the enlightenment of capitalistic culture from west, traditional marriage was damaged in city to some extent. The shift of the marriage decision rights from family authority down to young people is the main achievements. On the promoting of Marxism, many women gained liberation, more strikes to traditional marriage took place in the CPC＇s revolutionary area.
