摘要
受大国竞争非洲能源的影响,中国对非援助受到能源导向的质疑。对此,本文从中国对非援助的历史发展、特点和中非贸易的比较优势方面进行了分析。中国对非援助从根本上讲是以援助促发展,以发展促合作,最终实现中非共同发展。
China's aid to Africa is generally defined by western voices as oil-oriented, which is largely because of the international oil competition in Africa Continent. If it takes account of the 50 years history of China's aid to Africa, we can find the definition is not true. Further more, when check the characteristics of China's aid and compare the advantages of China-Africa's trade, we also find that is not true. The nature of China's aid is to help Africa to achieve development, and improve the bilateral cooperation, and consequently realized the aim of prosperity side by side.
