Clinical analysis of 38 cases of cesarean section at full cervical dilatation

目的:探讨第二产程剖宫产对母儿的影响。方法:回顾性分析38例第二产程剖宫产的临床资料。结果:第二产程剖宫产与对照组相比,对母儿不良影响更大(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:重视头位分娩,进行头位评分,尽量避免第二产程剖宫产,采取相应措施防止并发症。

Objective： To explore the effect of cesarean section at full cervical dilatation on the mother and neonat and the methods to avoid it. Methods ：Clinical data of 38 cases of cesarean section at full cervical dilatation were retrospectively analysed. Results.. Cesarean section at full cervical dilatation had more negative influence and neonate than control groups （P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. Conclusion： Natural childbirth should be valued, Cesarean section at full cervical dilatation should be avoided if possible, and corresponding measures should be taken to prevent the complications.
