不同细胞年龄的红细胞膜中过氧化脂质含量的比较研究

Comparing Study on Lipoperoxide Contents of Erythrocyte Membrane in Various Cell Life Periods

本文报道了不同生物年龄人成熟红细胞质膜上的过氧化脂质在细胞不同生命期(细胞年龄即青、中、老龄细胞)的含量变化。随着细胞增龄,质膜过氧化脂质含量逐渐升高。各生物年龄组老龄细胞的过氧化脂质含量较青龄细胞升高14.7％～44.7％。老年组中三种分龄细胞的过氧化脂质含量都处于高水平,相互差异不大。生物年龄与过氧化脂质含量之间呈下降再升高的变化趋势。

This paper reports lipid peroxide contents of various age erythrocyte membranes in neonatal (20 cases), young (20), middle (19), and old (17) age normal subjects.The result of examination showed that, The lipid peroxide level elevated with the increase of erythrocyte age gradually.The lipid peroxide levels of old age erythrocyte membranes were 14.7-44.7 percent higher than that of young age in all four subject groups.The lipid peroxide contents of erythrocyte membrane of three various ages were on a higher level and did not have distinct differences each other in the old subject group.The relation between individual biological age and total level of lipid peroxide presented a trend that the lipid peroxide contents decreased at first with the advance of human age, then increased at last.
