摘要
平衡记分卡是企业战略规划与绩效管理的纽带。本文通过分析当前中资银行"唯财务指标论"的绩效评价方式的不足,利用平衡记分卡思维框架对商业银行绩效管理重新进行了规划,并总结了在银行实行绩效管理的经验及注意事项。
Balanced score card is a bridge between strategy planning and performance management. This article will analyze the deficiencies of current performance evaluation method, focusing on financial indicator in Chinese banks, adopt the framework of balanced scorecard to rebuild the structure of commercial banks' performance management and summarize management experience and other attentive issues on performance evaluation in banking operation.
