摘要
采用随机抽样的方式对中国企业的员工进行问卷调查,在比较分析中国式变革型领导、交易型领导和家长式领导行为的基础上,揭示了三种领导行为与领导有效性之间的关系。结果显示,中国式变革型领导、交易型领导和家长式领导行为都对领导有效性具有预测作用,变革型领导相对于交易型领导和家长式领导而言,对于领导有效性的预测效果更强,而交易型领导和家长式领导对于领导有效性的预测效果孰强孰弱则很难判断。
These authors have conducted survey on respondents in Chinese enterprises. Based on the comparative study of transactional leadership, transformational leadership and paternalistic leadership, these authors have analyzed the relationship between these leaderships and leader effectiveness, drawn the conclusion that these leaderships can predict leader effectiveness, and transformational leadership has stronger predictive effect on leader effectiveness than the other two leaderships do.
