珊瑚姜挥发油抗真菌作用的透射电镜观察

Ultrastructure Observation of T. Tubrum Affected by 1% Essential Olium of Zingiber Corallinum Hance with TEM

通过TEM对经1%珊瑚姜挥发油作用的红色毛癣菌超微结构进行观察。结果表明:4n后,真菌细胞变性,核旁出现斑片状电子薄区。48h后,细胞膜明显皱缩。120h后,线粒体等细胞器及细胞核均消失,细胞内完全被电子薄区占据。作者认为,由于某些成分的共同抗真菌作用,珊瑚姜挥发油对真菌作用点广泛。

Ultrastructure T. rubrum affected by Essential Olium of Zingber Coralliunm Hance (ZCHO) had been observed with TEM. The results showed that 4 hours, the hyhae and spore were degenerate and a electron-thin area appeared beside nuclei; 48 hours, cyto-membrane were relatively shunk; 120 hours, nuclei mitochochria and other cytoplasmic oragells dasappeared. Instead, there are completely substituted by the electron-thin-area. Author suggested that ZCHO have extensively effects on T. rubrum because a few components posses synergic fungistatic action.
