Reflections on Process Reengineering of Chinese State Commercial Banks

在进一步明确商业银行业务流程内涵的基础上,对我国商业银行业务流程存在的弊端进行了深入分析,认为我国商业银行业务流程再造非常必要,进而提出了一系列建设性意见。

On the basis of defining the meaning of commercial banks process, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the process. It is found out that our state commercial banks process reengineering is very important. Then, it put for ward some opinions and suggestions.
