摘要
本文结合数据采集系统实现及LabVIEW的应用,设计了交流接触器动作可靠性的检测平台,介绍并探讨了其软硬件系统的基本原理、设计思想、实现方法以及虚拟仪器开发的相关技术。经实验测试表明,所研制的数据采集系统能对交流接触器触头实际动作过程进行实时采样及数据分析,提出了以触头接触时的弹跳变化及各触头接通时的时间差为检验接触器动作可靠性的技术指标。
With the design of data acquiring system and the application of LabVIEW. A testing platform for reliability of AC contactor is designed. The basic theory, the idea of design, the way of application of the platform and the technology of virtual instruments are introduced. The results of experimentations show that the data acquiring system introduced in the paper can achieve real-time sampiing and data analysis for the operation process of contacts of AC contactors. Technique item for the operation reliability is proposed according to the contact variety and time difference.
