摘要
本文介绍了六角头螺栓的参数选择方法及外形轮廓的组成,描述了螺旋线、螺纹牙型截面的产生方法及定义公式,给出了计算机辅助螺栓三维造型的步骤,讨论并解决了螺纹设计中存在的问题,利用VB语言编写和实现了螺栓的参数化三维图形设计功能。
The selection of parameters and the components of screw bolt outline are introduced in this paper. The produce method and formulation definition of helix and screw tooth section are described. The steps of 3D modeling of screw bolt aided by computer are put forward. The designing problem of screw thread is talked and resolved. At last, the program of 3D modeling of： parameterized screw bolt is realized by using VB programming language.
