摘要
介绍了一种基于时空编码结构光场的完整三维模型实时获取系统。以一台LCD投影仪对被测物体表面进行时空编码,CCD摄像机同步获取物体编码信息,通过计算机软件对编码信息进行处理和解码,利用无约束线结构光的三维几何模型从摄像机图像中获取表面三维数据。提出了二进制时空编码结构光的设计原则,设计了一幅能够产生三帧56条纹编码的星座图,用该图构造出一组二进制的时空编码光。对该系统进行了理论分析,并以小茶杯和棱柱体石膏模型为对象进行了具体实验,验证了该系统的可行性。
A new real-time 3-D shape acquisition system based on space-time coded structured light was introduced. It included a LCD projector, projecting space-time coded structured light to the object surface, a CCD camera which captured coded information synchronously, special software to analyze and decode captured digital image, and their no-restraint line structured light geometry model for computing the object's surface 3D data. The design principal of binary space-time coded structured light was put forwarded, a graph used to determine a set of stripe boundary codes was depicted. Some mathematical methods to improve the quality of reconstructed 3-D image were discussed. Experiment results show that this system is feasible.
