硫酸钡动脉栓塞的实验研究及其初步临床应用

摘要 作者以硫酸钡为栓塞材料,犬肝肾动脉为靶血管进行了实验研究并初步应用于临床获得成功。结果提示,硫酸钡作为栓塞剂具有以下优点:优良不透X线性;永久性末梢栓塞;显著延迟和减少术后侧支供血的产生;应用简便,术后反应小;来源广,价格低。 Barium sulfate was evaluated in dogs and humans as an agent for selective arterial embolization. In dogs, 2-3ml of barium suspension was injected into the renal and hepatic arteries, the following pathologic findings suggested that the arteries, arterioles, and vascular beds were permanently occluded by barium. Transcatheter embolization with barium sulfate was performed rn 3 patients who had liver cancer, a good result was achieved. No serious complications were observed. The advantages of barium embolization are: a good radiopacity; able to produce a peripheral and permanent occlusion; able to delay and decrease the development of collateral; after enbolization; ease to use and obtain et al.
