高职院校教学改革探讨

On Higher Vocational College Teaching Reform

高等职业教育经过十几年的探索、发展,已经取得了很大的成功,但是还存在许多不容忽视的问题。转变教师的教育观念、提高教师的教学能力,已经成为高职院校进行教学改革最紧迫的问题。因此应从高职院校教学工作中存在的主要问题分析入手,提出教学改革的内容与实施方法,确保教学改革顺利进行。

Been explored and developed for decades, higher vocational education has gained great success, but also existed a lot of problems. How to change teachers＇ educational view, improve teachers＇ teaching abilities have became the urgent problems which should be solved in teaching reform. Therefore, we should analyze the main problems lie in higher college teaching works, put forward teaching reform contents and its countermeasures to make teaching reform carried out smoothly.
