摘要
从系统论、协同论的角度出发,结合区域物流活动的特点,探讨了区域物流系统的内涵和基本特征,重点针对区域物流系统的协调性要求,提出了构建区域物流系统协调机制的地方政策建议和机制框架,即合作协调机制、同步协调机制、要素协调机制和互补协调机制。
The paper discusses the connotation and basic features of regional logistics systems, provides the local policy and framework for establishing a regional logistics system collaboration mechanism, namely cooperative collaboration mechanism, synchrenous collaboration mechanism, element collaboration mechanism and complementary collaboration mechanism.
