采用协调法对从哈尔滨出发的6条出海通道从多个方面进行综合比选,最终得出哈大铁海联运通道目前为止还是哈尔滨出海通道的最优之选,并进一步指出了其他通道的不足、发展潜力和改进方法。
Using coordination method, the paper compares 6 leaving port channels setting out from Harbin comprehensively, considers that the optimal one at the present remains the Harbin Dalian railway ship united transportation channel and furthernaore, points out the shortages, potential and improvement of other channels.
