摘要
分析了供应链不同生命阶段的绩效评价角度和重点,从形成阶段供应链的稳定性和可靠性、发展阶段供应链的成本和柔性、成熟阶段供应链的成熟度、顾客的满意度及价值开发、衰落阶段供应链的重构性等方面来构建供应链绩效评价指标体系,弥补了现今供应链绩效评价指标体系的不足。
The paper analyzes the angles and emphasizes of SC performance evaluation in different life stages and establishes a SC eval- uation index system in the light of the different requirements in the fotmation stage, development stage, maturity stage and decline stage of supply chain reconstruction.
