提出了一个基于成本的企业集团供应链的优化模型,并在此基础上分析了企业集团供应链管理的运作方式,提出了发挥企业集团整体效应的合理化建议。
The paper presents an optimized model for manufacturing enterprise group＇s supply chain based on costs, on this basis, analyzes the operation mode of SCM in the manufacturing enterprise group and proposes how to give play to the entire effectiveness of the group.
