摘要 选择多元醇类阴离子表面活性剂分别与碱性激发剂和高效磺酸盐减水剂进行复合,研究了复合添加剂对矿渣粉体和矿渣-水泥浆体的物理化学性质的影响。结果表明,与单组分添加剂相比,复合添加剂比单组分添加剂具有更加明显的助磨和增强效果,不仅能提高矿渣细度、改善颗粒粒径分布,还能提高矿渣-水泥体系3 d、28 d强度,促进浆体结构进一步致密化。复合添加剂的作用机理是在激发矿渣活性的同时,吸附在颗粒表面屏蔽表面剩余电荷,防止粉体聚结,减少团聚,从而提高粉磨效率,提高矿渣的细度,改善颗粒级配,使矿渣活性提高,参与水化的速度加快,促进水泥浆体结构致密化。 The effect of additives combined polyalcohol anion surface active agent with alkali activator or high efficiency sulfonate water-reducing agent on physic-chemical performance of slag powder and slag-cement system pastes have been studied.The results indicate that the composite additive is more excellent than the monocomponent additive in grinding and strength enhancement,the composite additive not only can increase the fineness of slag,improve particle size distribution,but also increase the strength of slag-cement system at 3 d and 28 d,and further densify the hardened mortar structure.The mechanism of composite additive is that the additive can excite slag's activity,at the same time,it adsorbs in the particle surface,shields surplus electric charge,prevents the agglutination of powders and reduce the aggregation,thus the additive can enhance the grinding efficiency,increase the fineness of slag,improve the grain composition,enhance the activity of slag,accelerate the hydration speed and further densify the hardened mortar structure.
