不同结构大单体合成聚羧酸高效减水剂及其性能研究 被引量:22

Study on polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized by different structure large monomer and its performance

摘要 分别采用酯类大单体和醚类大单体2种不同结构的大单体合成2种聚羧酸减水剂,试验确定了反应单体最佳摩尔比和引发剂用量,对比分析了合成过程的控制手段,通过水泥净浆和混凝土试验对比了减水剂的性能。结果表明,2种大单体合成的聚羧酸减水剂减水效果相当,减水剂LB-5Ⅰ即酯类大单体合成减水剂具有更好的适应性和坍落度保持能力;2种聚羧酸减水剂对混凝土的凝结时间的影响差别不好;LB-5Ⅰ自身引气能力强,而醚类大单体合成的减水剂LB-5Ⅱ则引气不足。
