摘要
为观察功能治疗对距腓前韧带损伤的作用,将136例距腓前韧带Ⅱ度损伤患者随机分为2组,观察组采用弹力绷带外翻位固定,早期功能锻炼;对照组用石膏托固定。结果显示,观察组疼痛缓解时间为(5±1.78)天,对照组疼痛缓解时间为(9±2.18)天;观察组肿胀消除时间为(7±1.93)天,对照组肿胀消除时间为(12±2.67)天;观察组总有效率为98.53%,对照组总有效率为92.65%;两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明功能治疗有利于距腓前韧带急性损伤引起的肿痛消退,功能恢复快,效果优于传统石膏固定组。
To observe the effect of functional treatment to cure injury of anterior talofibular ligament.136 case,Ⅱ-degree injury of anterior talofibular ligament,were randomly divided into two groups,observation group(fixed on ecstrophy position by pressure bandages and functional exercise earlier)and control group(by plaster slab).It showed that times of easement of pain in observation and control groups were(5±1.78) days and(9±2.18) days respectively,and those of swelling elimination were(7±1.93) days and(12±2.67)days.The total effective rate of observation group was 98.53%,that of control group was 92.65%,and there had obvious statistical diversity.It indicated that functional treatment could be better than cypsum fibrosum fixation for it's promoting swelling and pain relieving and recovery of function.
