摘要
本文介绍了一种套式移动结构可调涡轮增压器及其性能试验和分析。在可调截面积减小30%时该增压器的最高等熵效率降低不大于2个百分点,流量特性如预期的那样向小流量方向移动,这对改善柴油机低速扭矩特性是有益的。理论分析表明,套式移动结构与转叶调节结构相比,在减小喷嘴面积时,其喷嘴环内的损失更小些,因而可获得较高的等熵效率。该增压器的喷嘴环调节机构在600℃~700℃高温下能正常工作。
This paper introduces a variable geometry turbocharger with sliding shutter structure (VGT 70). The maximum adiabatic efficiency of VGT 70 drops less than 2% when the nozzle ring area is reduced by 30%. The flow rate characteristic of VCT 70 moves effectively towords low flow rate direction, which is benifit to diesel torque at low engine speed. It is analysed theoretically that compared with VGT with turing leaves in nozzle ring, VGT 70 may have higher efficiency. Tests showed that VGT 70 can work under condition of 600℃~700℃ and the sliding shutter structure works well. Further work will be done on control and durability of VGT 70.
