摘要
该文根据低负荷水冷壁无延迟跟踪假定建立了超临界压力直流锅炉中启动分离器入口焓方程。以平均比容和平均焓值作为特征变量,模拟了启动分离器在超临界压力直流锅炉从冷态启动至带节流的直流锅炉运行过程中的启动特性。以华能南京电厂的俄罗斯锅炉ТПП-316/co为研究对象,部分结果与现场实际运行参数作了比较。最后,给出了在启动过程中启动分离器主要参数的启动曲线。
The paper presents the enthalpy equation at the entrance of starting separators in supercritical once through boilers, under the assumption, that, at low load, the water walls follow without retardation. Taking the mean enthalpy and the mean density as the characteristic variables, launching behavior of a starting separator in a supercritical once through boiler is simulated from a cold start up to throttling operation. Taking the Russion Boiler TПП 316/CO of Huaneng Nanjing Power Plant as an object of study, some results are compared with actual onsite operational parameters. In the closing, the authors present curves of main parameters of a starting separator in the course of a starting process.
