摘要 有机锗化合物Ge-201水溶液小鼠经口LD_(50)为10512mg/kg,大鼠经口LD_(50)大于7g/kg。长期毒性试验大鼠随饲料进食本品1110,380,108,37m8/kg90天。110mg/kg组体重明显下降,脏器系数增大,90%的动物死亡,肾和肝发生器质性病变伴血清尿素氮增高。380mg/kg组部份动物出现轻度的肾小管上皮变性。108,37mg/kg组无异常。 This paper reports the acute and subchronic toxicological studies of organic germanium compound-Ge-201. The LD_(50) of Ge-201 orally is 10512mg/kg in mice and 7g/kg in rats. In the subchronic toxicological study, 100 rats were divided into five groups and given Ge-201 in the doses of 1110, 380, 108, 37, 0mg/kg respectively within 90 days. In the largest-dose group, the mean consumption of feed, absolute gain of body weight and food utilization rate decreased markedly (P<0.01), and the coefficients of organs increased in comparison withthe control group and other three experimental groups (p<0.01, P<0.05). The RBC, Kb and WBC were lower. The blood urea nitrogen increased (p<0.01). Degeneration of thl renal tubules and cloudy swelling and vacuolation of the liver cells were observed under the microscope. 90% of rats died in succession after 60 days.
