Experimental Study of Combined Effect with Fluoride and Aluminum

摘要 用72只同日龄雄鸡随机区组分成6组,探讨氟铝联合作用。其中四组以2×2析因设计,一组为阳性对照另一组为参比对照。通过测定动物血、骨、粪中氟、铝及其它元素含量及骨组织形态计量学检查,证实:铝是氟的拮抗剂,但拮抗能力有限;氟是铝的促进剂,促其在组织中蓄积及增强其毒性;氟铝联合作用可表现为协同作用,也可表现为独立作用。最后,对联合作用的可能机理及影响因素进行了讨论。 Seventy two male chickens whose date age and body weight were sitnillar were randomly divided into six groups of 12 chicks each. 4 groups were randomly assigned to examine combined effect with fluoride and aluminum in 2×2 factorial design. The group of animals fed with corn from endemic area was used as positive control. The group of animals given with 450 ppm AlF_3 was served as referential control. All animals were administrated for 3 months. At the end of the experiment the contents of fluoride and aluminum and other elements in blood and femur bone were measured, the structural and remodeling changes of trabecular bone of femur were assesed by histomorphometric method using tetracycline as tissue markers. The experiment confirmed that aluminum is antagonist of fluoride. Fluoride potentiated the toxicity of aluminum by promoting its absorption in gastro-intestinal tract and its accumulation in bone. The results of the present study showed that the combined effect with fluoride and aluminum is largely synergic between fluoride and aluminum although highly unpredictable in the NaF group, then independent in the F+Al group. Furthermore, the authors discussed the possible mechanisms of joint action and its affecting factors.
