摘要 以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为原料合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂(PUA),用红外光谱进行了结构表征,测试了性能,讨论了合成PUA的影响因素。结果表明,该胶粘剂的固化机理为预聚体聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂中所含双键的自由基聚合反应;最佳的反应条件为:TDI与HEA中n(NCO):n(OH)=0.95~1,光引发剂2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮的用量为质量分数0.5%,第1步和第2步的反应温度分别为~75℃和75~85℃。所得胶粘剂具有良好的附着力、耐化学试剂和耐气候性,并且强度、柔韧性较好。 UV-curable polyurethane acrylate (PUA) resin was prepared from 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA). Its structure was characterized with intra-red spectrum and its performance is tested. Effect of factors on the synthesis is discussed. Results show that the solidification mechanism is due to free radical polymerization of the double bonds in the pre-polymer polyurethane acrylate. The best conditions:in TDI or HEA, n(NCO):n(OH)=0.95~1, amount of photoinitiator 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-pehenyl-1-acetoneis 0.5% (vol), temperature in the first and second steps are ~75 ℃ and 75~85 ℃, respectively. The obtained additive is good in adhesion, chemical reagent and weather resistance with good tension and flexibility.
