摘要
以丙烯酸和用丙烯酸单体制得的中间体为基本单体,采用过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠复合氧化还原引发体系,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,合成了聚羟乙基丙烯酰胺螯合树脂;用分光光度法考察了螯合树脂对铜离子的吸附性能并研究了时间,pH值及温度对螯合树脂吸附性能的影响。结果表明,室温下聚羟乙基丙烯酰胺螯合树脂在30min即可达到较大的吸附量6.27mg/g;当pH=6时,吸附效果最好,可达7.23mg/g;升高温度对吸附有利。
Polyhydroxyethyl acrylamide chelating resins were prepared with crylic acid and the intermediate which was made from crylic acid as an essential monomer, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydrogen sulfite as a compound oxidation reduction initiation system, n,n-methylene bisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent. Adsorption performance of the chelating resins on copper ion was studied through a spectrophtometric method and influence of time, pH and temperature on the adsorbent capability of chelating resin was also studied. Result indicated the polyhydroxyethyl acrylamide chelating resins might adsorb big quantity of 6.27 mg/g within 30 min; Adsorptive effect could attain 7.23 mg/g, which was the highest when the pH was 6 Adsorptive effect was improved under elevated temperature.
