摘要
建立了五氟碘乙烷进行气相色谱定量分析方法。使用GS-GASPRO毛细管柱,氢火焰检测器对五氟碘乙烷进行了气相色谱定量分析,并用色质联用仪以及保留时间对照法对其中部分组分进行定性。进样量在20~50μL内,回归方程呈良好的线性关系,方法的标准偏差为0.27%,变异系数为0.28%。可作为PFEI产品纯度的测试方法,满足一般工业分析的要求。
A GC quantitative analysis method is established for pentafluoroethyl iodide analysis. GS-GASPRO capillary columns and hydrogen flame detectors are used to quantitively analyze pentafluoroethyl iodide. some ingredients are quantitively analyzed through GC-MS and retention time comparison method. When the sample is fed in 20 to 50 μL, regression equation is in good linearity, standard deviation of this method is 0.27%, variation coefficient is 0.28%. This method can be used as a testing method for the purity PFEI product, which can meet the requirements of general industrial analysis.
