摘要
以有限元软件ABAQUS为平台,分别运用有限元动力显式和静力隐式方法模拟U型件成形及卸载后的弹性回复过程,分析了压边力、摩擦以及板料厚度对回弹量的影响.以控制回弹为优化目标,结合有限元数值模拟运用基于Pareto策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)对工艺参数进行了优化设计.
Using a commercial FE software ABAQUS, the forming process including springback of a Uchannel was simulated by static implicit and dynamic explicit FEM respectively. The influence of blank holder force, friction condition and sheet thickness on springback was investigated. To minimize springback, the process parameters were optimized by Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) on Pareto combining with FEM simulation.
