摘要
针对混合动力车多电控单元的开发,结合新一代的车用监测标定协议XCP,设计了基于控制局域网(CAN)总线的多电控单元标定系统.对CAN信号进行了高频信号过滤处理,保证了CAN信号的清晰.通过给各个节点设置站地址,并以CAN数据帧ID中的源地址和目标地址为过滤条件,设置了屏蔽寄存器,实现了各个节点对CAN数据帧的准确接收.在此基础上设计了标定系统主从节点的XCP驱动程序.实例证明,该标定系统实现了多节点对话,可同时完成对多个电控单元的标定任务,提高标定效率,缩短混合动力车多电控单元的开发周期.
In order to satisfy the need of calibrating multi-electronic controlled unit (ECU) in the same time for hybrid vehicle, the calibration system based on control area network (CAN) bus and the new generation measurement and calibration protocol-XCP was developed. A high frequency noise signal in CAN bus is shunted to ground by split termination circuit. Each node can receive their wanted CAN frames and block the others with reasonable masked registers configuring according to the station address distributed to each station. The XCP drivers of master and slave nodes for calibration system were designed. The application example shows that the calibration system can calibrate multi-ECU simultaneously. The efficiency of calibration and ECU-development for hybrid vehicle is enhanced with this calibration system.
