摘要
基于R410A-油混合物管内流动沸腾换热的实验数据,对现有的制冷剂-油混合物的换热关联式进行了评价,对比发现已有关联式的预测值与实验值的误差最大达到80%.基于混合物物性,开发了R410A-油混合物在7 mm直光管内流动沸腾的流型图,并基于流型图和混合物物性开发了R410A-油在7 mm直光管内流动沸腾的换热关联式.所得关联式与90%的实验数据的误差在±20%以内,平均误差为11.8%,最大误差为26.7%.
The predictive ability of the available state-of-the-art heat transfer correlations of refrigerant-oil mixture was evaluated with the experimental data of R410A-oil mixture flow boiling inside 7mm straight smooth tube. None of these correlations can predict the heat transfer coefficient of R410A-oil mixture satisfactorily. The flow pattern of R410A-oil mixture flow boiling inside 7mm straight smooth tube was developed based on mixture properties. A new correlation of heat transfer coefficient for R410A-oil mixture flow boiling inside 7 mm straight smooth tube was developed based on the flow pattern and mixture properties, and it can agree with 90% of the experimental data within deviation of ±20%, the average and maximum deviation are 11.8 % and 26.7 %, respectively.
