摘要
目的:筛选红景天分散片处方及制备工艺。方法:采用均匀设计优选红景天多糖提取工艺;通过对ZTC1+1吸附法,壳聚糖吸附法,醇沉法的比较,选出最佳精制工艺;应用正交试验设计筛选分散片处方。结果:红景天多糖最佳提取工艺为:提取温度为95℃,用12倍的水,提取3次,每次2.5 h。采用ZTC1+1吸附澄清法精制。以8%低取代羟丙基纤维素(L-HPC)、8%羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)、5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK-30)、6%微晶纤维素(MCC)为崩解剂,内外比例为25∶75,20%乙醇溶液为润湿剂,采用湿法制粒压片。结论:制得的红景天分散片崩解时限符合《中国药典》(2005年版)规定。
Objective: To choose recipe and preparetion of the Rhodiola sachalinensis dispersible. Methotis: Herb extraction method of the polysaccharide was determined by Uniform design. Through the compare of the ethanol extraction, ZTC1 + 1 adsorbing purification, and chitosan adsorbing purification, choose the best extraction method. The choice of recipe was studied by orthogonal design. Results: The best extraction of the polysaccharide of the Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor. was: when the temperature of extraction was 95℃ ,the solvent was water and the material was 12:1 ,extract 3 times, each time was 2.5 h. ZTC1 + 1 adsorbing purification was used to extract Rhodioloside. The Rhodiola sachalinensis dispersible tablet was prepared by making wet grain compression. The disintegrants was L-HPC, CMS - Na, PVPP and MCC . And inverse proportion was 8% ,8%, 5% ,6%, distributed as 25: 75. 20% ethanol was moistening agents. Conclusion: The prepared tablets' test of disintegration was conducted based on Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005).
