镇江市健康人群尿硫氰酸盐参考值调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的:制订健康人群尿硫氰酸盐(USCN)参考值范围,为职业毒物接触工人健康监护评价提供科学依据。方法:采集在镇江居住3年以上的某高校156名学生晨尿,用吡啶-巴比妥酸分光光度法测定USCN,同时测定尿肌酐含量用于校正。结果:检测结果呈偏态分布,服从对数正态分布;未用肌酐校正USCN含量测定范围是5.18-62.62 mg/L,几何均数和几何均数标准差分别为19.62 mg/L和1.67 mg/L;肌酐校正后USCN含量测定范围是1.18-82.74 mg/gCr,几何均数是11.03 mg/gCr、几何均数标准差2.58 mg/gCr;男性USCN水平较女性低,且差别具有统计学意义。结论:建议镇江市健康人群USCN正常参考值分别为:女27.96 mg/L,男16.66 mg/L;经肌酐校正后USCN正常参考值:女21.24 mg/gCr,男8.16 mg/gCr。 Objective: The urinary thiocyanate (USCN) value in the general health population in Zhenjiang was detected in order to find the normal value of health population in Zhenjiang, so as to provide the scientific evidence for occupational contact poison workers health supervision. Methods: The morning urine samples were collected from 77 male and 79 female students in university, USCN and creatinine (Cr) were detected respectively. Results: The value range of USCN without regulated with creatinine were 5.18 -62.62 mg/L,Gm = 19.62 mg/L,SG = 1.67 mg/L,The value range of USCN regulated with creatinine were 1.18 - 82.74 mg/gCr, Gm = 11.03 mg/gCr, SG = 2.58 mg/Lo The distribution of USCN value was positive skewedly, and the level of USCN in male was significantly lower than in female. Conclusion: Based on the significant difference between male and female, the gender specific reference value of USCN should be developed, that .is, 27.96 mg/L for female and 16.66 mg/L for male, and when urine Cr were used. The reference value of USCN were 21.24 mg/gCr for female and 8.16 mg/gCr for male.
