摘要
针对母管制锅炉蒸汽压力对象的大延迟特性,从理论与实际两方面入手,设计了一套以蒸汽流量物质平衡关系为基础的直接能量平衡方案,选用先进的变频调整装置。在甘肃803电厂#3炉母管压力控制系统上的应用表明,系统控制品质良好,运行可靠,适用于不同容量锅炉并列运行的中小型母管制机组。
Based on lthe theory and the practice,according to the feature of steam pressure in main-piping boilers,the reasonable design and the selection to equipment is presented in this paper.A direct energy balance scheme is designed based on the substance balance principle of steam flow and the advanced adjustable frequency AC drive is selected.The application to #3 unit,803 station,Gansu,shows that the property of control is good and reliable to run and the system can be applied to medium and small power unit consist of boilers with different capacity.
