摘要
迁钢RH—TOP精炼设备具有深脱碳、脱气、脱氧去夹杂和化学升温等功能，工艺指标达到国内先进水平；多功能顶枪集吹氧强脱碳、二次燃烧、煤气烘烤及除冷钢于一体；二级自动化模型适应性强。RH—TOP成功冶炼了IF钢和X80管线钢等。
The RH-TOP equipment of Qian＇an Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. are mainly in use of decarburization, degassing, vacuum de-oxidation and chemical heating. Recently, its technical performance has been among the top class in China. The RH-TOP equipped with strongly flexible level 2 automatization model and advanced multiple function TOP lance which integrating the forced decarburization, post combustion, gas heating and skull removal functions, has successfully produced the IF and X80 steel.
